IT - IT Support Specialist / Full Time / Day Shift with Night and Weekend Call
Job Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues for users in a friendly and reliable way.
Provide support and solutions for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, LAN, WAN, PACS, EHR, and other systems.
Use best practices for implementing solutions in a secure, HIPAA-compliant way.
Able to work independently to complete projects/tasks
Provide rotating On-Call support

Job Specifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 to 2 years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers
Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
Must be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
Requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations.
Requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured, cooperative attitude.
Qualifications
Able to lift 50 lbs
A+, Net+, Security+ or equivalent experience
