DMC Leadership Development

Dale Medical Center completed it's 8th quarterly Leadership Development Institute for it's managers and supervisors on January 29, 2015. Over the last several years Dale Medical Center has focused on the development of it's leaders by inviting them to participate in a two day off site training to promote professional development and process improvement.

The overall objective for these LDI's has been to integrate and connect our mission, vision and values to our organizational goals. In doing so, Dale Medical Center strives to create a culture of excellence for patients to receive care, physicians to practice medicine and employees to work.
