Community Hospice Night of Remembrance


Community Hospice hosted, "A Night To Remember", Tuesday, November 18 at the Faith Factory. The evening was an opportunity for families to gather and celebrate the memory of a loved one. A program of music was lead by the vocal group "Solid Rock". The Community Hospice staff lead by Chaplin Roger Stone shared words of inspiration, encouragement and prayers. The evening ended with refreshments and fellowship as families and staff reflected and supported each other.

At community Hospice we believe that every moment of life is precious. We believe the end of life can be a meaningful time for patients and their loved ones. Working with the patient and family we provide support and focus on living well and getting the most out of each day. We focus on aggressively managing pain and symptoms and providing the physical, emotional, spiritual, social and grief support for our patients and families.
